If there’s any issue with a product covered by the warranty within 7 days of delivery, send it to us using Sundarban Courier, Pathao, Redex, E-Courier, Steadfast, or any other courier that offers office delivery.
Please avoid using SA Paribohon because they don’t provide office delivery. This could cause delays of 3-7 days as you’d have to collect the product from their branch, making it take longer to resolve the issue for you.
The same policy goes for All the products that have a warranty like 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc.
Important note: Before sending a product for warranty, ensure it’s well-packed with all received items securely boxed and wrapped. Don’t tape the product box. If there’s no box, use newspaper paper and tape it securely. We won’t accept return requests if the product or box is damaged due to improper packing or if it’s not in a condition suitable for resale.
Below is the list of cases where product returns, exchanges, warranties, and refunds are not applicable:
- No warranty for burned or physically damaged products.
- If the seal or sticker on the product is removed, a warranty applies as per policy, but no return, exchange, or refund is allowed if not liked.
- Products with scratches, stains, or not in resealable condition aren’t covered by warranty.
- Accessories or adapters with the product have no warranty.
- Gift items or prizes come with no warranty.
- Compatibility issues with third-party hardware, device apps, or software not defaulting to the product won’t qualify for return or exchange. If the product works on standard devices but not on a specific one, no return or exchange is permitted.
How long does it take for delivery and returns?
We aim to process each order within 72 hours, but we try to hand it over to the courier as soon as possible. Typically, deliveries within Dhaka take 1-3 days from the courier’s handover. For deliveries outside Dhaka, it usually takes 2-5 days.
If you need to return a product or claim warranties, it may take 5-10 days for us to check the product, identify the issue, and provide a solution once it reaches us. After that, we’ll hand it over to the courier for return.
